We would like to present our Peasant-farmer Nougat maker approach, in a profession which unfolds through the seasons, made up of passion, respect and love of the earth, and help you understand our family’s commitment and passion. In the heart of the Vaucluse at the foot of Mont-Ventoux, peasant-farmers for six generations, we are producers of honey and almonds committed to a respectful and sustainable mode of farming. We use these ingredients to prepare our nougat and many other Provencal specialities which you can discover at our « comptoir des douceurs ».

By using respectful cultivation methods we wish to bring life back to our region. For a peasant-farmer in the noblest meaning this means transmitting to future generations, preserving species and biodiversity, sharing our landscape heritage and maintaining the unspoiled beauty of one of the most incredible regions in the world…
Every year we develop our population of bee hives and our hectares of almond trees. We wish to be totally in control of the quality of the noble products which enter into our recipes.
