We are the guardians of a tradition and we would like to tell you about our profession of Peasant farmer and Nougat maker. Nestled between the plain of the Comtat Venaissin and the Mont-Ventoux, in the cool shade of age-old plane trees, the village of Saint-Didier is home to our almond orchards and our hives. Because we are fond of our region and our history, we make quality sweets which put almonds and honey in the limelight. Our development has always been closely linked to the peasant-farming world. The creation of this new profession of Peasant-farmer and Nougat maker was inspired by our attachment to these values.»
For over 25 years, Philippe and Pierre, with the help of their wives Claudine and Remedios, have een developing their range of sweets. The range is currently mainly made up of eleven varieties of nougat from the most traditional such as black and white nougat to the most novel with our recent apricot-fig-pistachio nougat, spéculoos nougat and even black olive cocktail nougat. And you can also discover the Polissons, the 7 varieties of fruit jellies, almond croquants, chocolates, etc.
